Project Overview

CardioNET was implemented within the Murcia pilot of the PHArA-ON project, which aimed to support older adults through integrated digital services, connected devices, and intelligent care solutions. The pilot focused on patients with chronic heart failure and contributed to the development of a new TeleCare model for the public health care service of the region, improving care delivery and supporting the early detection of emergency situations.

Syndesis Contribution

  • Deployed and validated the Clinic.iwelli technology within the Murcia pilot
  • Supported non-intrusive remote cardiac monitoring using portable ECG devices
  • Enabled the collection of blood pressure, weight, and other vital signs through connected health toolkits
  • Integrated AI algorithms for atrial fibrillation detection and clinical analytics
  • Supported transmission of monitored data to the PHArA-ON Web Portal through API-based integration
